Wellington, Fla. - March 11, 2018 - First Florida Development and Construction continues its commitment to excellence by educating their employees on the most current international building trends and standards. Most recently, the renowned company sent some of their most valuable employees to the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) International Builders Show (IBS), held in Orlando, Florida. The goal of this event was to educate premier builders on new techniques and technological advancements in international building practices.
Hosted at the Orange County Convention Center, the IBS featured three days of intensive building seminars, education sessions, and exhibits to bring construction companies up to the highest standards of security and design internationally. Building clinics included topics such as Kitchens and Bathrooms, Outdoor Living Spaces, and Maximizing Living Space and Storage; while the interactive High Performance Building Zone gave attendees a chance to get hands-on with new techniques.
First Florida was pleased to have sent 14 employees including President Paul Kleinfeld, Vice President Mark Duvall, Site Manager Scott Ecker, Project Manager Brent Stoltenberg, Project Coordinators Ed Minsky and Matt Heinrichs, team members from the Estimating Department Michael Appell and Diane Diapoules, Superintendents Bill Bell, Bob Consigli, Chris Monroe, Craig Nelson, Mike Jones, and Service Manager Jose Martinez.

When the service involves something as precious as building a home or equestrian facility, First Florida recognizes the need to be operating on the highest safety level with top quality materials.
President of First Florida Development and Construction, Inc., Paul Kleinfeld, founded the company in 1975 and has worked tirelessly to build a team of dedicated professionals who are highly educated and dedicated to the business of building dream homes.
