Paul Kleinfeld, President
As President and Owner of First Florida Development and Construction, Paul is a visionary dedicated to spearheading the overall strategic planning and direction of the company. A Florida native, Paul graduated from the University of South Florida armed with an undergraduate degree in Zoology and graduate studies in Marine Biology, yet began an unlikely career in construction in the early 1970’s. Immersing himself in the industry from the ground up, Paul’s depth of experience and creativity in building custom luxury homes in South Florida has garnered him a well-respected reputation for building excellence in the area’s premier communities. Through the years, Paul has assembled a team of professionals with stalwart dedication to serving the needs of his discriminating clientele.
Mark Duvall, Vice President
Drawing on over 25 years of industry experience, Mark Duvall, Vice President of First Florida Development and Construction, oversees the administrative side of the business including estimation, contracts, marketing and sales. Prior to joining First Florida, Mark acted as the Director of Community Development for a large, upscale country club community in Florida. His diverse background and expertise ranges from the management of sales and marketing teams, real estate developments, a building company to his involvement in club communities. Holding a Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders, Mark spearheads future green building projects on the company’s behalf. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed real estate broker.
